Terms and Conditions
Service Element:
- All plans are offered for a minimum of 12 months
- If you sell your car after a service has been carried out you will still be expected to pay the full 12 months
- If you sell your car before a service you will be entitled to a pro rata refund based on the remaining term
- Should you stop your direct debit before the 12th and final payment you will be invoiced for the balance
- Should you require more than one service in a 12 month period due to high annual mileage we will discount this service which will be priced 'on request'
- Should you wish to continue your service plan for an additional 12 months you will automatically renew on your 13th payment
- We won't increase the cost of your service plan within your contracted period. However, service plans may inevitably increase over time. We will always notify you of any rate increase for subsequent years in writing over email
- We will email you to outline the cost of renewal within 31 days of your renewal date
MOT Element - Essential
- Cars manufactured before 2005 are not eligible for the scheme
- We will email you 31 days from your MOT expiry date to inform you of the need to book an MOT. This can be at an MOT centre of your choice
- We offer free labour on repair work
- All parts to be paid for by the customer, parts will be charged at fair market value
- The scheme does not cover glass or corrosion failures, this includes front and rear lights
- RS Mobile Services maintains the right to refuse a policy on presentation of the vehicle due to excessively poor previous maintenance, or any other reason deemed to be reasonable and proportionate
